Jozanne Douglas, is the Founder and CEO of Soarise Consulting, a career coaching and consulting company, a career development expert, speaker, and creator of the Career Advancement Accelerator program. With over 15 years of experience in career and workforce development, she has dedicated her life to empowering individuals to discover their true calling, develop their skills, and accelerate their professional growth. She is passionate about guiding individuals through their career journeys by tapping into each person's unique strengths. As a busy mom of three, she also understands the importance of work-life balance and incorporates this into her philosophy, ensuring clients leave with a renewed sense of purpose, equipped with the resilience and confidence to successfully navigate their professional journey.
Jozanne is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and a Myers-Briggs Independent Consultant, with a Master's in Human Resource Development and Performance Management. She is the former Director of Career Services at Howard University, where she had the privilege to guide thousands of students and professionals through their career journeys, and the opportunity to provide recruitment and program strategies to C-suite executives and recruiters across industries from companies like Exxon Mobil, JPMorgan Chase, Amazon, and many others; partnerships that have also provided her with unique insights into what it takes to succeed in today’s dynamic job market. Jozanne is also a member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
